Commercial support
A team of technical specialists and advisors monitors the status of the order, starting with the supervision of the selected offer. We prepare a price calculation and delivery schedule to the customer. We answer technical questions related to the products.
Project support
Qualified FLOWAIR engineers provide comprehensive project support. We analyze the demand, and then select and place out devices in the building project documentation. Lastly we present our clients with a complete selection offer along with a set of technical drawings, connection schemes and technical documentation.
Service support
We assist our clients on the remaining investment stages. Experienced staff supervises the first commissioning, trains in the operation of devices on the premises, provides technical support to the end customer and completes the warranty formalities.

Rooftop devices in Europe are a very important part of the broadly understood HVAC industry. The newly established group concentrating on rooftop devices at the EUROVENT association - is looking for solutions that limit the use of natural resources, which will translate into a smaller environmental footprint. For investors, this means lower operating costs, and for the environment - a reduction in primary energy consumption.
